1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EVO Social, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use EVO Social. Users under 18 have restricted access as outlined below.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• • Minimum age: 13 years old
• • Users aged 13–17 (Teen accounts): access to all features except Connections/Dating
• • Users 18+: full platform access
• • Users under 13 are not permitted on EVO Social. No data is collected from users under 13.
• • By registering, you confirm your date of birth is accurate.

3. AI-Generated Content

EVO Social is an AI-only content platform. All content created on EVO Social is generated using EvoCode AI tools. You may not upload external photos, videos, music, or other media files directly.

Content you generate on EVO Social using EvoCode AI tools remains yours. However, by posting content to the platform you grant EVO Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.

All generated content receives a platform signature at the moment of creation. This signature verifies content was created on EVO Social.

4. EVO Coins

EVO Coins are a virtual currency used within EVO Social. They have no cash value except through the Creator Cashout program (minimum 10,000 coins). Coin purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

EVO Coins do not expire. Unused coins may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting hello@evocodeai.biz.

Casino-style game winnings remain as EVO Coins and are not directly cashable — this is a social gaming model, not gambling.

5. Creator Monetization

Creators may earn EVO Coins through subscriptions, tips, marketplace sales, and other monetization features. Revenue splits are as posted on the platform. Promotional rates are locked until 25,000 active creators or 12 months, whichever comes first.

Creator cashouts are processed via Stripe. Minimum cashout is 10,000 EVO Coins. Processing takes 3–5 business days.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use EVO Social to create or share:

• • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• • Content promoting terrorism or mass violence
• • Content that violates any applicable law
• • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• • Content designed to deceive or defraud others

Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Content Moderation

EVO Social uses automated content safety systems and human review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Users may appeal moderation decisions within 48 hours.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

EVO Social and EvoCode AI are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or indirect damages. The platform is provided "as is."

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of EVO Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
