Our Philosophy

EVO Social moderates to protect the law and protect the community — nothing more, nothing less. No automated demonetization for keywords. No shadow banning. No ideological bias. No inconsistent enforcement based on creator size.

What IS Allowed

All legal content made by 18+ adults is permitted in the Full Access tier
AI-generated video, images, music, writing, apps, and workflows
Creator monetization through all 17 revenue streams
Live streaming in both traditional and AI avatar modes
Marketplace sales of AI-generated assets
Groups and communities (free or paid)

What is NOT Allowed

Prohibited at all tiers regardless of age:

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Terrorism and terrorist content
Sex trafficking content
Content soliciting illegal acts against others
Credible violent threats

AI generation guardrails prevent the most obviously prohibited content from being created on-platform in the first place.

Age Tier Rules

Under 13 — EVO Kids Only

No main platform account. Redirected to EVO Kids only. Zero main platform data collected.

Age 13-17 — Teen Account

Age-appropriate content only. No adult content. Dating/Connections completely hidden and inaccessible.

Age 18+ — Full Access

All features unlocked including Connections (dating), adult-legal content, marketplace, live streaming, game rooms, groups.

How We Moderate

No content is removed by automation alone

Flagged content goes to human review queue

Creator is notified before action is taken when possible

Every action logged with timestamp, reason, reviewer ID

The Strike System

Content strikes and live strikes are tracked separately.

Strike 1 — Warning

Warning issued with full written explanation. Content may be temporarily restricted.

Strike 2 — Removal

Content removed. Monetization on that content paused. 7-day appeal window.

Strike 3 — Escalation

Escalation review by senior moderator. Possible account suspension. Full appeal available.

Account deletion is a last resort — never a first response.

How to Appeal

Creator submits appeal from Creator Dashboard

Real human assigned — not a form letter

48-hour maximum response SLA

If approved: content restored, monetization restored retroactively, strike removed

Zero Shadow Banning

If any content is suppressed or reaches fewer people, the creator is explicitly notified in their dashboard with the reason. No invisible punishment of any kind. Ever.

Consistent Enforcement

Same rules apply at 100 followers and 10,000,000 followers. No exceptions for large accounts.

EVO Kids Policy

EVO Kids is a fully separate section with its own distinct UI. No monetization, no ads, no EVO Coins, no marketplace, no live streaming, no social feed interaction with the main platform. Zero data collected from children. No tracking. No analytics. No behavior logging.
